Je suis rentré au Confort appart hôtel de la tour mare Frejus vendredi après-midi. J’ai été très bien reçu à l’accueil et avec le sourire. Je suis arrivé dans l’appartement, il était très propre et confortable. Il y avait même une attention particulière des femmes de ménage pour mettre 2 petites barres de chocolat sur le lit. Il y avait pas de bouchon pour la baignoire, je suis descendu en bas a l’accueil et la réactivité du personnel a été exemplaire. Elle m’en a tout de suite donné un. J’ai profité de la piscine qui était propre. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir

À notre arrivée à la réception, je n’avais pas du tout l’impression d’être dans un hôtel, mais plutôt dans un endroit peu soigné ou mauvais. La personne à l’accueil n’était pas aimable. En nous voyant avec des enfants, il a dit à son collègue de nous donner la chambre numéro 7, en français, alors que je parle francais . La chambre avait vue sur un système de ventilation de cuisine, d’où des gens fumaient balancer leurs cigarettes par le balcon, , c’était très désagréable pour moi et pour mes enfants. Cette expérience a été vraiment très mauvaise. voila les photos

Awesome place to stay at with a pool that’s open from 10am-6pm. The free parking is super convenient and the staff was helpful in extending my stay in the same apartment after I changed my mind and provided me with additional amenities when requested. Only issues were which that the lock for the toilet doesn’t work and the toilet is very cramped up. Definitely recommend this aparthotel!

Very helpful staff. Has a good sunbathing area along with the pool that’s open from 10am-6pm. Apartments clean although I faced a few issues like the lock for the toilet and the space in the toilet which is super small. If you are a plus-size person, I would recommend the studio instead of the one-bedroom apartment because it has more space than this. Still recommend this!

Very good for the price. Staff was very friendly. I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment from the one bedroom apartment I booked on arrival at the reception. Apartment was very spacious with it’s own hall way. Everything was well cleaned. Although would be better if there was a newer microwave aside that my overall experience was awesome.
